Our exhibition skills aren't just called upon for stands at big venues like Olympia and the NEC. Some clients like us to set the scene at important events like EEEGR's annual Innovation Awards and Southern North Sea Conference.
Held at the Holiday Inn, Norwich, on two consecutive days - with an awards dinner in the same room in between - the stages for the two events require different graphics and lighting. Working closely with the EEEGR marketing team, TMS Media designs the sets to complement the event literature, manages the construction, co-ordinates the installation and change-over and liaises with the audio-visual crew.
Our job is to work quietly and efficiently behind the scenes to ensure that EEEGR makes a great impression over the two days.
