Gorleston Surf Lifesaving Club (GSLC) does a fantastic job in teaching people of all ages important beach and sea safety skills - encouraging some of them to become beach lifeguards. The members launched their successful beach club in 2010 and in a drive to recruit even more people in 2011 looked to TMS Media to help them spread the word.
GSLC were generously supported by a grant from Gorleston Rotary Club which was used to design and print posters for displaying in schools and at other public locations. The concept that TMS created for these, including copywriting and graphic design, was carried through to a double-sided printed leaflet, which was also widely distributed.
To make absolutely sure that everyone knew about the club's sessions, TMS wrote and distributed a press release, which was sent to local newspapers, magazines, radio stations and television newsrooms.
