More people than ever have requested copies of the Great Yarmouth holiday brochure this year - an encouraging boost for the area's tourist industry and great news for TMS Media.
TMS has been awarded the contract to continue producing the brochure and the What's On guide for the next two years.
"When we won the contract three years ago it meant the brochure and guide would be produced in the town for the first time in 40 years," said managing director Steve Scott. "We're delighted both for ourselves and particularly for the Great Yarmouth holiday industry at the continuing success story.
"We look forward to the challenge of continuing the work in 2013-14. It's more than a job for us; we want to play our part on attracting visitors to the Great Yarmouth area."
The brochure has a print run of 100,000 copies while the events and attractions guide goes out to about 400,000 people.
Alan Carr, head of tourism at Great Yarmouth Borough Council, said it was remarkable in the digital age that demand for the brochure had actually increased this year.
"Along with continued development of the 'staycation' and short break business, it is highly encouraging for our leisure industry.
"Inquiries come from across the UK; many from within 2-4 hours drive of Yarmouth but with a sustained interest from areas such as Scotland and Lancashire.
"We're pleased to continue working with TMS after their excellent record over the past three years. They won the competitive contract on the high quality of their design work at the right price."
